Great one stop solution if you only use Apple or Android devices. Probably the best single app for task management, but doesn’t play too well with others. If syncing to Toodledo, no reliable background sync, alarms don’t sync, attachments and settings don’t sync between devices running 2Doĭeveloper is not very communicative. So no desktop or web access to these features.
At least three other apps that I know of (Calengoo, PlanBe, GoodTask) can do that. If syncing to Outlook via Reminders, Start dates and Tags are not transferred over.
